addition to our management team, Anomalos Publishing employs the services of
approximately twenty editors, typesetters, and printers.
Our distribution and sales teams
are managed and led by committed Christians with many years of experience in
the Christian publishing and retail industry. Their background involves
selling to the Christian chains and catalogers including Family Christian
Stores, LifeWay, Cokesbury, Mardel, Christian Book Distributors (CBD), Berean,
and others.
With
ten years of publishing sales in the American Booksellers Association (ABA), Darren
Henry has a strong background in publisher sales and marketing. As the VP
of Publisher Services, he brings this experience to bear for publisher
clients. Darren and his team of Client Relations Managers ensure that
publishers receive the best possible service and support.

STL
Distribution is fortunate to have industry veteran David Sheets as its Chief
Sales Officer. As CSO, David oversees the sales efforts of STL/FaithWorks
along with the STL US divisions, giving him a broad scope of contact within
the industry.
David's experience in publishing is exemplary. Having worked in special
markets and international sales with industry leaders Multnomah and Tyndale
House Publishers, David has maintained strong relationships over the years
that will serve STL/FaithWorks and its publishers well.

Terry
Draughon, Vice President of Christian Market Sales, has over
twenty-five years of sales and management experience in the Christian
publishing industry, primarily with Thomas Nelson, Inc.
A visionary, Terry understands the many facets
of the trade and brings wisdom and insight to STL's team of dedicated sales
people.
Terry sells to the Christian chains and catalogers including Family Christian
Stores, LifeWay, Cokesbury, Mardel, Christian Book Distributors (CBD), Berean,
among others. He also sells to the wholesaler distributors including STL/Appalachian,
Ingram, and Anchor.

Finally, we reach the nine hundred largest
independent Christian retailers through our association with Genesis Marketing
Group. The Genesis Marketing Group is composed of ten field sales people and a
full complementary telemarketing team. They are widely regarded as one of the
best rep organizations in the US and are experienced in selling a wide variety
of products from books to gifts and more.
